RETURN POLICY
Items must be sent back within 2 days of receiving a response email from us for an exchange or a refund.
For the returned item(s), we will arrange an exchange (identical or different of the same price of the item returned excluding shipping cost) if in stock after return is processed
If no contact was made within 48hours of receiving your shipment, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or an exchange.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 7-15 business days for your refund to appear
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
The original shipping fee are non-refundable.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Returns are processed within 5- 10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage or receipts when shipping back your returns.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery).
